RUSAL shareholders approve no January–September dividends
MOSCOW, Jan 11 (PRIME) -- The shareholders of Russian aluminum giant RUSAL have approved paying no dividends for January–September, as seen by PRIME in the materials of the company on Tuesday.
One of the key shareholders, Sual Partners, voted for dividends at the meeting. According to Sual, RUSAL was able to pay U.S. $904.5 million for the period.
The last time RUSAL paid dividends was for 2017, when it disbursed $299.3 million. The core shareholders of the company are multi-industry holding En+ Group with a 56.88% stake and Sual Partners with a 25.72%, while free-float amounts to 17.4%.
